Shipping FAQ

How are the prints shipped?

Shipping is handled via USPS or UPS hot off the press from the print company I've partnered with (PGH Print Ship), so it depends on their professional discretion and judgement. But typically smaller prints (i.e. 8"x10", 8"x12") are shipped in an a rigid, protective flat envelope and larger prints are shipped in a sturdy round tube. Every print is made-to-order, with love, in Pittsburgh, PA. You will receive a shipping notification once your print is on its way—in most cases within 5-7 business days.

Please make sure to enter your shipping information correctly as I can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you made a mistake when entering your info, please contact me at huny.young@gmail.com as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate your edit (provided the order hasn't yet shipped).

What are the shipping rates?

USA: $4.95
Canada: $7.75
Mexico: $7.75

In some cases, as indicated on an individual item, shipping may be free!

Depending on current US Post Office prices and COVID restrictions, shipping may be available to other countries. Please contact me directly for more information - huny.young@gmail.com.

What if I live in Pittsburgh and I can pick my order up in person?

This used to be an option, but all prints now ship directly from the printer. Shipping within the city is super fast, so you should get it within a day or two max of your shipping notification.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Contact me at huny.young@gmail.com and, as long as your order has not been printed yet, I'll process the cancellation and refund your order. If it has already been printed, refunds are not available.

What if my print is damaged when it arrives?

Rest assured this should not happen; every print is packaged carefully and professionally. But if your order does arrive damaged please take a photo and email it to me (huny.young@gmail.com) so the print shop can file a claim with UPS or USPS and get it replaced for you ASAP.

I don't have Paypal. Can I pay another way?

Yes. Paypal is the only payment method my store platform currently accepts, but I can take Venmo (username: hunyrocks) or Cash App (username: $huny), as well. Email me - huny.young@gmail.com.

I'd like to order a print that's not currently listed in the shop. Can I?

Maybe! Email me at huny.young@gmail.com and let me know what you'd like and at what size. Other than limited editions that have expired, I'll consider your special request.

I'd like to order a print in a larger size than you offer. Can I?

Yes. Email me at huny.young@gmail.com for a price sheet of my larger-scale, mounted work.
