How are the prints shipped?
8"x10" prints are shipped First Class Mail in an a rigid, protective flat envelope. 11"x14"+ prints are shipped First Class Mail in a sturdy round tube. Every print is made-to-order, with love, in Pittsburgh, PA. You will receive a shipping notification once your print is on its way—in most cases within 5-7 business days.
Please make sure to enter your shipping information correctly as I can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you made a mistake when entering your info, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll do my best to accommodate your edit (provided the order hasn't yet shipped).
What are the shipping rates?
Due to US Post Office prices and COVID restrictions, I will only ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico until further notice.
What if I live in Pittsburgh and I can pick my order up in person?
For local pickup in Pittsburgh, PA, use the discount code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and the shipping costs will be automatically removed from the order total. I will contact yinz after I receive your order to schedule a time and place (in the Bloomfield area). If, after 30 days, you've not responded to my attempts to make order pick up arrangements, the total cost of your order will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee per product.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Contact me at email@example.com and, as long as your order has not been printed yet, I'll process the cancellation. If it has already been printed, you will be refunded the total cost of your order minus a $5 cancellation fee per product.
What if my print is damaged when it arrives?
Rest assured this should not happen; every print is packaged carefully. But if your order does arrive damaged please take a photo and email it to me (firstname.lastname@example.org) so I can file a claim with the USPS and get it replaced for you ASAP.
I don't have Paypal. Can I pay another way?
Yes. Paypal is the only payment method my store platform currently accepts, but I can take Venmo (username: hunyrocks) or Cash App (username: $huny), as well. Email me - email@example.com.
I'd like to order a print that's not currently listed in the shop. Can I?
Maybe! Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know what you'd like and at what size. Other than the "Let them Eat Cake, Cake, Cake" print sold via Towards Utopia and limited editions that have expired, I'll consider your special request.
I'd like to order a print in a larger size than you offer. Can I?
Yes. Email me at email@example.com for a price sheet of my larger-scale, mounted work.
