Shipping FAQ

How are the prints shipped?

Every print is wrapped in an archival, acid free clear sleeve with chipboard backing then shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx by PGH Print Ship. Smaller prints (i.e. 8"x10", 8"x12") are typically packaged in an a double-walled, 1"-deep box and larger prints are rolled in a double-thick round tube. You will receive a shipping notification once your print is on its way—in most cases within 5-7 business days. All prints are made-to-order, with love, in Pittsburgh, PA. 

Please make sure to enter your shipping information correctly as I can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you made a mistake when entering your info, please contact me at huny.young@gmail.com as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate your edit (provided the order hasn't yet shipped).

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping costs have already been factored into the print price if your final destination is in the US, Mexico, or Canada. If you're in another country please contact me directly with your full address before you submit your order - huny.young@gmail.com.

What if I live in Pittsburgh and I can pick my order up in person?

That will save you some bread! Use code LOCALPICKUP during checkout for a 20% discount. I'll contact you with the address for pickup once your order is ready.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Contact me at huny.young@gmail.com and, as long as your order has not been submitted to the printer yet, I'll process the cancellation and refund your order. If it has already been printed, refunds are not available.

What if my print is damaged when it arrives?

Rest assured this should not happen; every print is packaged carefully and professionally. But if your order does arrive damaged please take a photo and email it to me (huny.young@gmail.com) so the print shop can file a claim with UPS or USPS and get it replaced for you ASAP.

I don't have Paypal. Can I pay another way?

Yes. Paypal is the only payment method my store platform currently accepts, but I can take Venmo (username: hunyrocks) or Cash App (username: $huny), as well. Email me - huny.young@gmail.com.

I'd like to order a print that's not currently listed in the shop. Can I?

Maybe! Email me at huny.young@gmail.com and let me know what you'd like and at what size. Other than limited editions that have expired, I'll consider your special request.

I'd like to order a print in a larger size than you offer. Can I?

Yes. Email me at huny.young@gmail.com for a price sheet of my larger-scale, mounted work. I have museum pieces as large as 8 feet tall.
